Rudy Godoy
Founder
Rudy is the founder of HTU Networks. He is very passionate and goal-oriented. During his career he has shown proven leadership and commitment to deliver high quality products and solutions to customers. Rudy is in charge of business vision, product design and technology development.
Before starting HTU Networks Rudy worked in the IT industry. He began his career as OpenVMS system administrator at GMD, a local IT consulting firm. Later he joined TIM Peru, currently America Moviles, as technical consultant for Wireless Value Added Services (W-VAS) in the marketing department, taking care of orchestrating the launch of products with vendors, customers care, IT, billing, developers and contractors.
Rudy enjoys and strives for producing great, useful products and technical excellence delivery. His professional interests are in the fields of neural networks, data mining, machine learning and parallelism. He is an active contributor to Open Source projects, such Debian. He also enjoys to experiment with music, art and loves to do rock climbing. He is resuming his Computer Science career at UCSP.
Claudia Zegarra
COO
Claudia joined HTU Networks in 2009. She started her career at Banco de Credito del Peru where she worked as QA assistant. Later she joined Mars Inc. Peru's Site where she worked on user engagement and with the regional IT business support team. In 2010 Claudia became a partner of HTU Networks. Currently she is our Chief Operation Officer, managing our operations, corporate accounts and leading process management.
Claudia holds a bachelor degree in Information Systems for Universidad de Lima, also a project management PMP diploma. Currently she is a MBA candidate for ESAN.
Rafael Salazar
Legal Affairs
Rafael joined HTU Networks as legal advisor in 2008. During the time he has been key in the process of re-structuring the company legal structure and customer contract management. In 2009 Rafael joined HTU Networks as a partner. Rafael manages customers/partner contracts and legal affairs.
Rafael holds a licentiate in Law from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and diplomas in Real State development and business management for UPC.
